'T' Experience

Feel inspired by the beauty that surrounds Grand Hotel Tremezzo in the 20,000 square metre park, which encloses the Palace and Villa Emilia, with footpaths and steps that wind gently up the hill to the Belvedere, where it adjoins the gardens of Villa Carlotta, Tremezzo's aristocratic neighbour.  Rare ancient magnolias stand among a profusion palms in this wondrously Riviera-like climate.  Clouds of azaleas, tulips and geraniums, hedges of rhododendron and beds of hydrangea provide a alternating palette with expanses of pinks and reds, purples and blues that leave breathtaking glimpses of the lake beneath. 

Guests may book a three hour painting class in the park with a professional artist, while staying at Grand Hotel Tremezzo. Rate: € 300.00/person, 24 hours advance booking required.

The Grand Hotel Tremezzo dates back to 1910.  Art Nouveau in style and decoration, the family owned Grand Hotel Tremezzo commands one of the most enchanting positions on Lake Como with spectacular panoramic views of both the town of Bellagio, the Riviera delle Azalee and the stunning Grigne Mountains.  The historic hotel has 90 rooms and suites, all of which offer guests breath-taking views of the lake or the hotel's century-old 20,000 squaremetre park and gardens.
