The Langham, Melbourne is offering families plenty to choose from this Mother's Day. Melba Restaurant is renowned for offering a tempting selection of cuisines from around the globe. From freshly prepared sushi and sashimi, made-to-order stir-fries and pastas from the turbo wok cooking station to Melba's famous curries, naan and dishes from the Tandoor oven, there is sure to be something for the most discerning diner.

Lobster Mornay, peri peri prawns, Tim Tam pancakes, an on-trend Bailey's trifle and pink velvet cupcakes are just four of the stand-out dishes that will be available at both lunch and dinner on Mother's Day. Meanwhile, at Aria Lounge, the high tea's Chocolate Bar will showcase an Opera torte with raspberry buttercream, moreish salted caramel popcorn tarts, vanilla pannacotta with Dominican Republic white chocolate rocks and a Madagascar Park dark chocolate tart with sliced William pear. For those that prefer savoury dishes, smoked salmon pinwheel sandwiches, traditional cucumber ribbon sandwiches and classic cream cheese and chive sandwiches are destined to please.
